To open a pk35 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or another person's identity details.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pk35. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
pk35 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC and AML compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including before your first withdrawal. pk35 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify pk35 support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 15. pk35 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of a verified report of suspected unauthorised access.
You may request the closure of your pk35 Account at any time by contacting pk35 support. Any verified PKR balance remaining in your Account wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
pk35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or is the subject of a regulatory investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance held in a suspended Account may be withheld pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified within the pk35 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for individual Accounts at pk35's discretion based on account status, verification level, or applicable regulatory requirements. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of approximately 2 to 4 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and up to 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer methods. pk35 does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All pk35 Account balances are held in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by pk35 to PKR-denominated transactions. Where a game is operated by a third-party provider in a currency other than PKR, pk35 will handle the conversion transparently and no additional conversion margin will be applied beyond the published exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
pk35 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, where the transaction would breach AML obligations, or where KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed. Players will be notified of any declined transaction and provided with the opportunity to resolve any outstanding verification requirements.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional credits offered by pk35 are subject to the specific wagering requirements and validity periods published alongside each individual promotion. Where a promotion does not specify a wagering requirement, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies to casino bonuses and 5x the bonus amount applies to sportsbook free bets.

Until the applicable wagering requirement for any Bonus Funds has been met in full, those Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round or live bet, pk35 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the session and determine the fair outcome. Where a round cannot be fairly reconstructed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. pk35 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

pk35 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or as a result of a Player's reliance on information provided by third parties in relation to the Platform.
pk35 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the pk35 Privacy Policy.
pk35 uses your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. pk35 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk35's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under pk35's licence for final determination.
